The mesmerizing art of Blue Pottery is from the pink city of Jaipur, Rajasthan. Having Turko-Persian roots, this form of pottery gets its name from the striking blue-coloured dye used in the process of making. This art of pottery came to India through the ‘aalishaan’ Mughal courts from Persia, Turkey and Afghanistan.
